Is Vivecraft Forge 1.12.1 Out? I can't join my non-vr friends

Hello again,

My non-vr friends are on a forge 1.12.1 server that is vr enabled and I cannot join them. I do not have Vivecraft Forge 1.12.1

Is it even out yet? If it is, how do I get it?
