Trying to get non vr frie d to be able to see my arm movements in my server.

I setup a vanilla server and told him to use the vivecompanion installer it didnt work in than i teied spiggot with the plugin that didnt work in than i tried forge with the mod and that also didnt work. I am probably clearly doing something wrong but I dont know what.
