ViveCraft Spigot Server Issues

So I am trying to get a VR server up for me and my friends to play on. Me and my friends want to play on 1.14 so I went and installed a Spigot 1.14 server and set it up but when I dropped the plugin into the plugin folder nothing happened, the server ran fine we could play but couldn't see each others arms or other movement. After a lot of trouble shooting I used /plugins to see my plugins and the plugins installed said 0 it wasn't detecting vivecraft. To make sure it wasn't my install I went and got world edit and it worked fine.
So my question is how do you guys manage to get the bukkit server working for 1.14 since thats the only server side version for 1.14.

check the console at startup, maybe its not loading.

Thanks for the reply I just turned my computer on today and its working now when I run the server. No idea why its working now but thank you for your quick reply!
