Detectable on Vanilla Servers?

Hey! I'd like to play on Vanilla Servers (especaly Hypixel). Following their rules, it is allowed to use estetic, aprintance and hud modifiying mods. I read of other people, wich were wachdog banned, because the mod can do Some sketchy movement etc. Is this true, and if yes, ist there a possibility to prevent this. If not through internal settings, maybe there is a external forge mod to cancel sending such movements to the Server?
